Amber Humphrey

When Amber joined the team at Lake Area Office Products as Administrative Assistant in April of 2004, she brought with her over three years of customer service experience and a strong commitment to a single goal: To make sure that every customer is completely satisfied with the products and services LAOP has to offer.

After a year and a half at LAOP, Amber became the Office Manager and began overseeing our accounting departments. She’s been with us now for more than seven years and continues to provide top quality service and convenience for our customers.

Tanya Roy

Tanya joined our team in January of 2006 as a Customer Service Representative, bringing with her five years of customer service experience. As Customer Service Representative, Tanya is responsible for placing customer orders and making sure that our customers are completely satisfied with the products and services we provide. Five years after coming on board, her customers know they can depend on her for outstanding service and reliability.
Pam Long

Before joining our Customer Service team in October of 2008, Pam worked for nearly nine years in customer service for Bell South and Cameron Telephone. At LAOP, Pam is there to help customers find just the right supplies to meet their office needs. They know she is there for them to provide quality service and convenience and make ordering for the office hassle-free.  With over two years of experience in the office, Pam has now moved into outside sales and has been very successful in continuing to meet the office needs our customers.  She takes great pride in making sure new customers experience the same great customer service that all existing customer have grown to love.
Paul Chandler

Paul came on board as a Copier/Printer/Fax Service Technician in May of 2006, bringing with him over 10 years of technical service experience. He’s not just an outstanding “techie,” who understands the inner workings of copiers, printers, and fax machines of all makes and models. Paul is also someone who takes great pride in his work and who is there for our customers, with outstanding service and convenience, no matter what the problem.
